Tropical Treasures had some really severe once in a lifetime storms, right after we ordered a new juvie fish. I needed a nice sturdy cichlid for my Betta loving eldest. They stayed in contact with me, we worked out new shipping timelines, they were very polite and kind, we got our fish as soon as it was safe. Fish came in a gas exchange bag and with a few other better practices for shipping. Water was clean and he looks beautiful and healthy.
