Shipping, Returns & Livestock Purchase Policy

Tropical Treasures Wyo LLC ships eligible aquatic plants, dry goods, aquarium equipment, and supplies within the United States. We do not ship live fish, shrimp, snails, or other aquatic livestock. Livestock is available for in-store purchase or local pickup only at our Cheyenne, Wyoming location.

Livestock Purchases

All live aquatic livestock is sold AS IS and sales are final once livestock leaves our store, except as required by applicable law. Customers should inspect animals before leaving and maintain appropriate cycled aquariums and water conditions.

Plant Shipping

Eligible live aquatic plants may be shipped. Please report significant arrival damage, incorrect items, or plants arriving in poor condition within 24 hours of delivery with photographs and an order number. Applicable legal rights are not limited by this reporting request.

Returns for Dry Goods & Equipment

Eligible dry-goods returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase or delivery, whichever is later. For a standard full merchandise refund, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging. Prior return authorization and proof of purchase are required. Customers generally pay return shipping for ordinary returns, and original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Opened or used items may qualify for discretionary store credit. A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply to approved discretionary returns of opened, used, incomplete, or improperly packaged goods; any fee will be disclosed before return authorization. Exceptions and remedies for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied merchandise remain subject to applicable law.

Substrate Shipping Notice

Heavy orders of aquarium gravel, sand, or other substrates may require an additional carrier charge. We will contact you for approval before collecting any extra payment or shipping the order. You may approve the cost, modify the order when possible, or cancel the affected order for a full refund.

Live Arrival Guarantee

As live aquatic livestock is not shipped, no shipped-livestock Live Arrival Guarantee is offered.
