Red Belly Piranha (Pygocentrus nattereri) Small

The Red Belly Piranha (Pygocentrus nattereri) is one of the most iconic South American predatory fish, known for its striking silver body, red-orange belly, and powerful jaws. These small juveniles are a great starting size for hobbyists who want to grow out a striking, shoaling predator in a large, well-filtered aquarium.

Red Belly Piranhas are a schooling species best kept in groups in a spacious tank with strong filtration and stable water quality.
