Feeding and Handling

Feed a small amount that your fish can consume promptly. For freshwater aquariums, separate the brine shrimp from most of their salty hatch water using a fine brine shrimp net or sieve and rinse gently with suitable water before feeding. Avoid adding large amounts of hatch water to your aquarium. Use as soon as possible after pickup; live nauplii lose nutritional value as they age without enrichment. Keep out of extreme temperatures and direct sunlight. Do not assume the hatch water is suitable for your aquarium.
