Large Dragon Mountain Rock (Ohko Stone)
Natural textured Dragon Stone for freshwater aquascapes, featuring crevices and layered surfaces. This listing is for the large size category; individual pieces vary in shape and dimensions.
Preparation and Placement
Brush or rinse away loose clay and sediment using clean water before placing in the aquarium. Inspect edges and narrow gaps to avoid injury or fish entrapment. Position heavy rocks securely on a stable base before surrounding them with substrate, especially where fish may dig.
Water Chemistry
Dragon Stone is commonly used in planted freshwater aquariums, but natural stone characteristics can vary. Monitor aquarium pH and hardness after adding significant rockwork instead of relying on an unconditional guarantee that water parameters cannot change.
