Fritz Manufacturer Testing Directions
Dip the strip into aquarium water and out of the water 30 times.
Remove with the test pad facing upward.
Immediately compare the test pad with the included color chart. Colors continue changing after removal, so delayed readings are unreliable.
Important Notes
Test strips measure total ammonia; the proportion of more-toxic free ammonia depends on pH and temperature. A nonzero result warrants checking water conditions and taking appropriate corrective action. Do not dip used strips back into the container. Store dry and verify the number of strips and expiration date on your package before purchase.
