Shake well. Add 10 mL per 10 US gallons of aquarium water. For saltwater, double the dose.
Important Aquarium Guidance
Condition new tap water separately and test ammonia and nitrite when starting an aquarium. Bacterial additions cannot guarantee immediate completion of the nitrogen cycle; always monitor water parameters and livestock.
