Returns, Damaged Items & Livestock Policy

At Tropical Treasures Wyo, we work hard to make sure your order arrives in excellent condition. Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered and contact us promptly if there is an issue.


Damaged Items (Non-Livestock)

If your item arrives damaged, damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

To review a damage claim, we require:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Clear photos of the original packaging
  • Your order number

Please do not discard the item or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Approved damage claims will be resolved with one of the following, at our discretion:

  • Replacement item
  • Store credit

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only at our discretion.


Shipping Damage & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order leaves our facility, carrier handling is outside of our direct control. We are not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier, but we will assist with valid claims when proper documentation is provided within the required timeframe.


Returns (Dry Goods & Non-Livestock Items)

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In original packaging
  • In resellable condition

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Approved returns may be resolved with:

  • Store credit
  • Refund, issued on a case-by-case basis

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by Tropical Treasures Wyo.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used items
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Late damage claims reported after 48 hours
  • Late return requests reported after 7 days
  • Live animals, except as covered under our Live Arrival Guarantee

Live Arrival Guarantee (Livestock)

Our Live Arrival Guarantee applies to Next Day Air shipments only.

To qualify for a live arrival claim, you must:

  • Report the issue within 2 hours of the first delivery attempt
  • Email clear photos of the livestock in the unopened bag
  • Provide your order number

Resolution for approved livestock claims will be:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note: There is no live arrival guarantee on 2-Day Air shipments.


Weather Delays & Carrier Delays

Shipping delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other events outside our control are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to hold or delay live shipments when weather conditions are unsafe for livestock.
