We take pride in providing healthy, high-quality livestock. To ensure the best experience, please read our Live Arrival Guarantee Policy carefully before ordering.

๐Ÿ“ฆ DOA (Dead on Arrival) Refund Policy

To receive a refund on any DOA fish or invertebrates, the following steps must be followed:

  • Refunds cover livestock only โ€” Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Photos are required โ€” Take clear photos of the DOA fish in the unopened bag.
  • If bags have been opened, the refund is void.
  • Email within 2 hours โ€” Send photos to tropicaltreasureswyo@gmail.com within 2 hours of the first delivery attempt or pick-up.
  • Extreme temperatures โ€” Claims for packages left outside in hot/cold conditions will be voided.
  • Refunds only cover DOA from your original order โ€” Extra fish/invertebrates (if provided) are not included in the guarantee.

๐Ÿ” Refunds vs. Replacements

  • Refunds will be issued for the cost of the fish only (excluding shipping).
  • If you prefer a replacement, you must pay shipping costs for the replacement order.

๐ŸŒ Special Note on Snails

  • Mystery & Nerite Snails may remain inactive for up to 5 days after arrival.
  • Place them in a quiet spot in the tank and monitor.
  • If they remain inactive or emit a smell, email us with photos for a refund.
  • Replacement snails are available, but the buyer must pay shipping.

๐Ÿšš Shipping & Delivery Terms

  • We ship orders every Monday.
  • Unsafe weather conditions may delay shipping to ensure livestock safety.
  • โ€œOvernight Deliveryโ€ refers to transit time from our facility to your address โ€” handling time is not included.
  • Orders must ship to the correct delivery address. Forwarded shipments (except UPS or FedEx errors) void the Live Arrival Guarantee.

  • Make sure someone is home at delivery time.
  • Bring the fish inside immediately.
  • Begin acclimating them to their new home right away.
