Lifespan: 3–5 years

  • Eats flakes, veggie-based pellets, algae wafers, and frozen/live foods (brine shrimp, bloodworms).
  • Supplement with spirulina and blanched veggies (zucchini, spinach).

🔹 Breeding

  • Livebearer: Females give birth every 28–40 days, dropping 20–100 fry.
  • Provide dense plants or breeding boxes to protect fry.
  • Males court females with elaborate fin displays.

✨ Fun fact: The Gold Sailfin Molly is prized for its brilliant metallic gold body and oversized dorsal fin that waves like a flag, making it one of the most striking molly varieties.
